The mission of Manitoba Communities in Bloom is to inspire a sustainable approach to improving the quality of life and civic pride in Manitoba’s communities through sustainable best practices in community involvement, environmental awareness, beautification, heritage preservation, education, and networking. It is integral to this popular program to engage communities — all ages, service groups, businesses, associations and private citizens — in a public-spirited effort to succeed and be recognized.

In Manitoba it has been the experience of many communities that the Communities in Bloom program can be the catalyst to get all sectors of the community involved.
